When I was five, my brother Tristan, who was twelve at the time, was diagnosed with leukaemia and died a short while later.
I was just starting school when Tristan died, and I remember going to the hospital every day with my family.
Ive had to come to terms with losing my brother while growing up.
Ever since that time, my whole family has been involved with Macmillan and Cancer Voices, which helps people have their say in cancer services.
